Oh how good and how pleasant it is for brethern to dwell together... It is wonderful to feel God's smile on your face early in the morning and that is what I felt at the retreat. Thank you Father for allowing us to experience Your presence at the retreat. It was wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at the Fill My Cup, Lord retreat. The presence and protection of the Lord was there. The praise and worship sessions, fellowship with saints, S H O P P I N G trips, church services, communion and closing ceremony truly filled my cup. Just our presence as we went about doing our activities positively touched many of the people we encountered. Oh what a Blessing!!!

What an awesome time in the Lord! Thank you women of God that attended this years "Fill My Cup Lord" Women's Retreat. It was a time of building new relationships and enjoying old ones. God blessed us and now we must go and bless someone else. Don't forget the commitments that we made as we departed.

Love You All! Your Sister in Christ, Juanita

What a blessing it was to be in fellowship with my sisters. The Retreat was a Blessing from the start. Did not want it to end. God met us there, his presence was so evident in our midst. Only he could do that. Laughter is truly good medicine. Thank you Rev. Phelps for all you did to make sure everything was "TOP NOTCH." Also thank you for your leadership and guidance in this GOD FIRST ministry.

Hi Everybody,

Rev. Phelps I just want you to know that I had an awesome time, it just wasn't long enough. There was truly a strong presence of the Lord in that place and the fellowship was indescribable. Where ever there is a body of water I have no problem feeling God's presence, don't know why that is. Looking forward to next year.

Blessings, Nona

After the retreat, to my surprise, I am full of energy. Now, I wake up with positive thoughts. At the Sunday morning worship, I was filled with the holy spirit the moment I touched and hugged Rev. Lenora Phelps. I felt love, compassion and concern. These emotions was running high from her body to mine.My love for her was expressed through the holy spirit. I have been thinking about the retreat all week. I shared my experience with church members, co-workers and family members.

The retreat was a wonderful time to get some much needed R & R time as well as an opportunity to fellowship with some powerful blessed women of God. The retreat was well planned and enlightening. I feel truly blessed. Thanks for allowing my sister Carol and I to share this experience with you. God Bless Each Of You !!

Let me be the first to say how blessed I was to be in the midst of such an awesome group of Believers. This was exactly what I needed! The fellowship, worship, laughter, love, EVERYTHING was just "the bomb"! From the beginning to the end...I can't begin to explain what a joy it was! I was especially moved on how God used members of M.E.A.T. to minister to total strangers who walked up to us for prayer, questions about the ministry, or just to say an encouraging word to us! God is so faithful! The only complaint I have is...I wish it had been longer...I didn't want it to end!!
