Bishop Affirms M.E.A.T.
M.E.A.T. Ministries, under the leadership of Rev. Lenora Phelps, sponsored their first cruise retreat accompanied by 70 friends and supporters. Bishop Ed Johnson, Pastor of Christ Worship Center in Houston, Texas was the keynote speaker aboard the Carnival Ecstasy in the Mexican Riviera.
While delivering the Sunday morning sermon, Bishop stated, "Before I do anything I want to first affirm M.E.A.T. Ministries and the work that they do....God has his hands on this ministry."
The congregation erupted as we listened to this powerful man of God expound on inspired biblical truths. Not only did Bishop Johnson preach an awesome Word, he also interceded and spoke prophetically into the lives of every attendee. Immediately following the service, those who attended lined up to receive a word from this anointed prophet. The line was long - but it was worth the wait.
Bishop Ed Johnson was accompanied by his wife and Co-Pastor, Marilyn Johnson who rendered exhortation before the message. We received a double portion of God's anointing! What a dynamic duo!
